I recently saw Amazon Echo- the personal assistant- Alexa- She is good- She needs to sit in any corner of the house- will listen to whatever you say- once you say- Alexa and give her the command-consider the job done. With this particular product- Amazon is stepping into a whole new world. The world of personal assistants. Say the word and the assistant will make it happen. Right now it is limited to Alexa- tell me the latest news, Hows the weather, read a few listings from wikipedia- but with this device the future is endless. Just imagine a device in your house- which will setup an alarm- control lights- lock your doors- do the windows. Order your groceries, start your car, call anyone you want, setup appointments as you like, control the appliances in your house- and it is all just getting started- slowly as you use it- she will learn what are your commands- and then start doing things automatically- and one day she will have a mind of her own. 20 years from now- we all are in a fantasy world- its TRON.
